What is Hudson Valley Restaurant Week?
Twice a year (once in the spring, once in the fall), Hudson Valley Restaurant Week takes place throughout over 100 miles of the Hudson Valley. During the week, select restaurants have the opportunity to showcase their best culinary creations, and you have the opportunity to try them!
If you’re looking for a good time to explore the top-notch cuisine of the Hudson Valley, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is the perfect time to visit. Some of the best restaurants in the valley are included, and it’s the largest dining event in the region, with over 200 participating restaurants.
When you visit a participating business during restaurant week, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious three-course meal from a special prix fixe lunch or dinner menu. Regular menus will also be available, but the prix fixe menu typically serves as an excellent example of the type of fare that the restaurant offers, and at $32.95 (pre-tax, beverage, and gratuity), it is a cost-effective way to experience the signature dishes of each restaurant!
