Each morning of your stay at Saint Hubert’s Lodge includes a housemade, farm-to-table breakfast. Revel in a freshly crisp Apple Brown Betty made from apples from our orchard. Enjoy a seasonal vegetable and sharp cheddar frittata crafted with locally sourced bacon. Indulge in homemade blueberry pancakes topped with fresh whipped topping and local New York syrup. Lodging

Book out our lodge and spoil your guests with our cozy suites. The Hayloft Suite offers a pillow-top, queen-size bed, a comfortable sitting area, a clawfoot tub, and views of our rustic outdoors. Gus’s Suite is complete with a king-size bed, a spacious sitting area, a jetted whirlpool tub, and a fireplace. The Escape Suite is ideal for anyone traveling with kids and offers a bunk room, a rustic sitting area, a queen-size bed, and a large bathroom.

The Rose Cottage is perfect for a quiet getaway. The intimate cottage offers three suites, Benny’s, Sunflower, and Rose. Each room has been restored to its original charm but includes every five-star amenity you could want. Enjoy modern steam showers, classic clawfoot tubs, airy sunrooms, and luxurious, pillow-top linens.

If you’re looking for a true rustic retreat, reserve one of our cabins in the woods. The Kennel Cabin is right around the corner from the main lodge, but secluded enough for a private feel. It includes a small kitchenette, a queen-size bed, and a working fireplace. The Rustic Log Cabin is tucked away near the apple orchard and provides a wood-burning fireplace, a private porch overlooking the scenery, and an old-fashioned kitchenette
