Farmers Market
After our famous, beautiful, three- course breakfast in our Lodge, join us for a trip to our Local Farmer’s Market to pick the best produce for your cooking class and Dinner.

Private Orchard Tour
When you return to the property, explore the beautiful sights of our private apple orchard in our Kawasaki mules guided by our team!

Cooking Class
Head back to the lodge and break off into teams to execute a beautiful Farm- to- Table meal with Chef Wayne Homsi.
Chef Homsi from Causal Elegance Catering will teach you step by step the tricks to putting together the perfect Farm-to-table meal. Then you will head back to your rooms to relax and freshen up. Then we will convene to enjoy pre- dinner canapés and cocktails followed by your multi-course wine pairing dinner.
